The Secure Rooms can only be accessed by the person or persons hiring the room. No-one else has a key and the site is covered by 24 Hour CCTV for added security.

All units are located on the ground floor.

Room Size

There are a variety of room sizes, the smallest being a tiny 6 sq ft upto 150 sq ft. The height of each room is 9ft and customers are usually surprised at the volume of goods that can be held in a relatively small space. The smaller rooms are also ideal for storing company documents, etc.

East Midlands Self Storage is a small personal company and is very customer oriented. It is run by the owner/directors on a hands-on basis and treats every customer very much as an individual. If customers need transport EMSS can arrange it. If they need packing materials, EMSS can provide them.

Being small, and owner managed, EMSS can be very flexible and also very competitive with it's pricing.
